Janell Backer Licensed Real Estate Associate, REALTOR® | Central Iowa Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2018, I’ve been proud to serve Central Iowa by helping individuals and families find not just houses, but homes where they can build lasting memories. My background in banking, loans, and financial services allows me to provide clients with expert guidance throughout the financial aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and informed experience from start to finish. In addition to my real estate career, I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Drake University. This has further sharpened my ability to listen, understand, and support my clients on a personal level, ensuring that their needs and goals are at the forefront of every decision we make together. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or looking for an investment opportunity, I combine my financial expertise with a compassionate approach to make the process as seamless and rewarding as possible. I’m deeply connected to Central Iowa, and I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the local market with confidence and care. Let’s work together to make your real estate journey a success!
